Slow Cooker Vegetarian Lentil Stew


I was kind of worried until the "kitchen witch" mentioned the fact that you could use vegetable stock. We have a powdered version that we use for everything and takes up very little room in the pantry. Yes, I have thought of making our own and then freezing, but our fridge is simply too small. Next house... BIGGER FREEZER. :)



And I really do like the biscuit idea!!
