Crock pot Oatmeal

Now here is an easy breakfast to make and it needn't be boring either. Take on crockpot, add your ingredients and then begin the cooking process. Into the oatmeal, I toss a handful of dried fruit which plumps up nicely and to the bowl, I add chopped walnuts. I don't even bother with sugar as the dry fruit sweetens it as the oatmeal cooks. At least enough for me. My husband still adds brown sugar to his in the morning. Here's to more healthy breakfasts that aren't boring!!
