Slow Cooker Chicken and Cheese

6 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
salt & pepper to taste
garlic powder, to taste
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup

Directions:

Sprinkle, well rinsed chicken breasts with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste and then top with the undiluted soup that you have mixed together. Turn the setting to low and cook for 6 to 8 hours. Just before serving, pull the chicken apart with two forks and then serve over egg noodles or brown rice. Actually you can use whatever kind of noodles or rice, but this is what we use and I typed it without thinking. :)
