1 envelope vegetable soup mix
1 T lemon juice
1 1/2 cup sour cream (I use fat free)
1/2 cup mayonnaise (I use fat free)
a few sprinkles of dill weed
Combine all the ingredients with the spinach and then chill. These ingredients will make roughly 2 1/2 cups. Works really well with raw veggies which will be a great way to get you family to eat more.
