3 Pounds Small Red Potatoes
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Cracked Pepper
1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
6 Slices Bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
1/2 Cup Celery (chopped)
1/2 Cup Sweet Onion (chopped)
1/4 Cup Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
1/4 Cup Green Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup Wedge (cut black olives)
Add a little salt to the water and then boil the potato with skins on. I have gotten into so much trouble from my daughter by peeling them! And be sure that the potatoes are cooked to the tender stage.
Drain and set aside.
Chop into uniform pieces… or as close as you can get.
Mix the mayonnaise, ranch dressing and seasonings in a large bowl
Add the potatoes and remaining goodies and then gently toss to coat.
Transfer salad to the fridge overnight so that the flavors meld.
