Beginners Coleslaw

Lipper International Large Cherry Wavy Rim Bowl with Salad Hands½ cabbage

as much celery, carrots and green onion as you want

2 tsp salt

¼ cup oil

1/4 cup vinegar

juice of 1 lemon

salt and pepper to taste



Shred your cabbage (I like mine finely shredded) and then do the same to celery, carrots and green onion.  Sprinkle with 2 tsp of salt to extract the moisture and after “kneading”, squeeze out the juice.



The last step is to mix the remaining ingredients together and drizzle over the slaw.
