Super Simple Corn Chowder


1 medium potato
1 medium onion
1 lg can creamed corn
1 cup whole milk
2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
salt and pepper to taste

Cut up the potato into bite-sized pieces... same for onion. Cook with just a little bit of water covering the tops.

When cooked add the corn and the milk and heat through.

Just before serving, top with bacon sprinkles and season with salt and pepper.

Perfect when you are stuck in a pinch with nothing for dinner.
