4 medium potatoes
¼ cup (60 ml) red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons (30 ml) water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon (5 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons (30 ml) fresh dill
3 tablespoons (45 ml) chopped onion
1 teaspoon (5 ml) sugar
½ teaspoon (3 ml) salt
A dash of pepper
