Ringmarks Not So Bad!

There is nothing so annoying than to find that someone has left a mark on one of your tables because they didn't bother to use a coaster. Well, just maybe they won't look so bad if you had these mugs. I think that I'm hooked. They would even look amazing hanging from a mug tree!

♥ BANANA WALNUT UPSIDE DOWN CAKE RECIPE recipe

My mom used to make upside down cakes all the time when I was growing up. I'm not sure if I have ever made one, but this one certainly sounds good and I'm starving. Actually, I want something really hot for dinner tonight and dessert should be hot too. We came down to Florida to escape the cold and it's freezing down here. I hate to think about how cold it is at home.

So, I shall turn my thoughts to dessert!

I don't think that there is one ingredient that I didn't like in this recipe. Okay, I might change the whipped topping mix to real whipping cream, but the rest of it I loved. Go and take a look. You are going to love this Valentine's Day dessert! And it has cherry pie filling which takes care of the red part for dessert. And a Valentine's Day dessert has to have something red!

Chocolate Snowdrifts

I don't know why I'm thinking about snowdrifts today... we left the winter weather behind us when we started vacation. Only one problem... the weather followed us. I brought what I thought that I would be able to wear in Florida and found that I had to stock up on long sleeves and regular shoes. I so wanted to spend my time in flip flops and short sleeves, but it's not happening. Good thing that I needed a new pair of shoes anyway. Found the perfect little pair of black thingies... kind of running shoe, but not at the same time. But lets get back to those chocolate snowdrifts. They do look quite yummy! And all it takes is a chocolate muffin mix, some marshmallow cream and some coconut

Hot and Cheesy Chicken Casserole Recipe

Take some cooked chicken, preferably cooked by someone else, add a few cans of soup, some left-over rice and a little cheese and you have dinner. Love these kinds of recipes. Most of the work is done for you and dinner can be on the table in minutes flat. Okay, give it about half an hour so that everything comes together and then ta-da... dinner!

Oxo Good Grips Mango Splitter

What kitchen would be complete without one of these Mango Splitters?? Just think of those breakfasts when you can have something a bit more exotic that cold cereal... which I had this morning come to think of it! I'm on vacation, so I really should be having something a bit more exotic don't you think??

*And look at those grips. Should make for easy splitting I would think!

Microwave Plate Cover

I don't know how people do WITHOUT one of these covers. If anything is going to blow up, it's going to be in my microwave and one of these little covers has saved me a ton of work. Have you ever tried to clean the top of a microwave. It's one of those places, you don't want to even look at, let alone clean. Big time yucky!

Baked Potatoes in the Microwave

Lets save a little energy by baking our potatoes in the microwave. And come to think of it, you could double bake them for those really yummy cheesy potatoes (which we bought just last week.) Probably could have made them for pennies, but they sure were good! Here's what you need to know!

**Microwave Potato Bakers make great tasting baked potatoes even in the microwave! Bake and serve potatoes in the same container for a fresh, hot from the micro meal. Dishwasher and freezer safe. Set of two. 71 2 x 43 4 x 2 .

Jobar Handy Gourmet Pancake Batter Dispenser

Ever since I was a little kid, I've had this thing about stacks of pancakes... and buckwheat in particular. I swear that I could eat a stack of them when I was about half the size I am now, but I still love them for breakfast. I just saw a commercial this morning for a breakfast restaurant offering all you can eat for one price. Too bad I can't put them away like I used to. It would probably be more economical for me to just make my own. Sad when you think about it. I would love to put away oh... say about 5 of them... with lots of butter and real maple syrup.

Am I making anyone hungry??

Back to Basics TEM500 Egg-and-Muffin 2-Slice Toaster and Egg Poacher

This has to be the next best thing to going out for breakfast. Okay, if someone would clean up the kitchen after breakfast too, well, then I would be even happier. But, this does look awfully promising.

Krups Fast Touch Coffee Grinders

I don't know if I'm supposed to or not, but I have used my coffee grinder for all kinds of spices too. No one has complained about an odd flavor to their coffee, so I guess I'm safe. ;)

In need of Cupcakes

Who doesn't have memories of amazing cupcakes that they have enjoyed at some point in their life. The thing about cupcakes is the fact that you can't screw them up! Plunk a cupcake paper into muffin cups, pour in a little batter and then bake. It's that easy. Oh yes, you might want to have a good timer to rely on. Burnt cupcakes sort of take the edge off of just how clever you are. No amount of frosting can help. Yes, I have tried.

So, I went looking for some cool recipes for you and just check out what I have found!!

Cream Filled Cupcakes I would be thinking that you would reserve these cupcakes when you want to get fancy! And having cream ooze out of the center of a cupcake says fancy to me. ;)

Valentine Cupcakes... yes, I did know about the drop a marble in the muffin tin and out comes heart shaped cupcakes! Maybe I`m better at this cooking thing that I thought lol...

Keylime Pie Cupcakes... just one more reason I love Florida. There are fresh limes... everywhere!

Red Velvet Cupcakes. I will never forget the first time I saw red velvet cake. I was expecting it to be red... but not that red lol... makes a great birthday cake btw!

So, I'm just going to enjoy as many burgers as we can while we are here and pick up one of these grills as soon as I get home so I won't have to wait.

Hamilton Beach 31199R Countertop 1.1-Cubic-Foot Convection Oven with Optional Rotisserie

This just makes sense... even my husband (the family cook)says that we need to invest in one more oven. And it does make sense when you think about it.
